EA Voluntary Administration Update

Administrators KordaMentha have received letters from the:

FEI confirming, they welcome the initiative of placing EA under Voluntary Administration on 9 June 2020 with the clear ambition to reform and restructure the organisation.

Also confirming that EA remains temporarily the only National Governing Body recognised by the FEI for the FEI Disciplines in Australia awaiting the outcome of the Voluntary Administration after which the FEI will evaluate whether EA fulfils the requirements to maintain its membership within the FEI.

A letter has also been recieved from the Australian Olympic Committee and a statement from the directors of Equestrian Australia; John Glenn, Helen Hamilton-James, Peter Toft, Cathi Collier.
