Vanessa Lines Becomes NT’s First EA Coach Educator
Equestrian Northern Territory is proud to announce an exciting milestone in our community! Last week, Vanessa Lines, a Level 2 Dressage Coach and Skill Specific Training Assessor (SSTA), travelled to Queensland to participate in the EA Coach Educator Accreditation Course – and successfully passed with flying colours.
This achievement is not only a personal triumph for Vanessa but also a momentous occasion for the NT. As our first Coach Educator, Vanessa will play a pivotal role in guiding the next generation of coaches in the Territory. Her new accreditation adds to the depth of coaching expertise in NT, enhancing the pathways available for both aspiring and current coaches to achieve their goals locally.
Vanessa’s journey to this point reflects her deep commitment to the equestrian sport. Alongside the visible hours spent coaching, she has invested significant time in study, self-reflection, and skill development. This dedication ensures her students receive the highest quality coaching, grounded in safety and consistency.
This opportunity would not have been possible without the support of the NT Government, particularly through the annual funding provided by Territory Families, Housing and Communities. We are also deeply grateful to Equestrian Queensland for their support in facilitating this pathway, allowing NT members to participate in their educational programs.
If you’ve been considering a career in coaching, now is the perfect time to take the leap. Our local coaches are eager to share their experiences with you, and you can find a list of accredited ENT coaches on the EA website.
